Private residential houses that provide a home-like setting, and typically have a bed capacity of 10 or less. The caregiver may perform several functions, such as personal care, housekeeping, activities, and group meals. Depending on the state, Adult Care Homes can also be known as Adult Foster Homes, Personal Care Homes, or Assisted Living Homes.
