The staff at CareAvailability.com includes all licensed Assisted Living, Adult Care Home, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Homecare, Home Health, and Hospice providers. We pull the data directly from the state licensing agencies and Medicare. Provider content details are pulled from healthcare and government agencies, but the provider may edit their name, address and phone number. Additionally, each provider can include a contact email and report any availability at no charge. We list all providers with content details at no charge to create a transparent and comprehensive list. We do not require contact details for site visitors to view search results, and we do not charge for or give referrals. CareAvailability.com is a comprehensive and transparent database of Senior Housing, Care and Support Services.
Marketing/ Financial Relationship with Providers
CareAvailability.com offers the option to upgrade to a “Premium Profile” for all providers. Premium Profiles can include: photos, videos, logo, videos, detailed description of their services and more. The cost is the same for each provider – a flat $1000/year per location. All providers are included on the site regardless of Premium or Free listing status for licensed senior housing and care providers, and contact information is direct to each provider.
The staff at CareAvailability.com does not direct referrals to a single provider, but site visitors can reach out directly to those they wish. We do not collect any referral fees if a connection is made- often we may not even know if a family calls a company because of the transparent contact details. For Support Services, such as: attorneys, medical supply, move managers, etc. we list non profit organizations and premium profiles only.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, without your permission other than as necessary to fulfill your request.
If you complete a request for information from a provider by visiting their website or selecting “contact this provider,” your details will be shared exclusively with the provider(s) you chose to contact. We do not sell or trade your data. We are not responsible for the follow up on behalf of the provider you choose.
