About This Provider

Our community has been in operation since 2021, with a change over to the Ohana Ventures management team in June 2023.

Our Memory Care is located on our first floor with 30 beds, and Assisted Living is on our second floor with 22 beds. As a smaller community, there's no fear of residents falling off the radar - you can be confident your loved one will receive the attentive care they need to continue their aging journey with grace.

We have an enclosed outdoor Courtyard in the heart of the building for open access to fresh air, walking paths, and our garden.

All of our units are private studios, each with an attached bathroom and closet.

We boast a robust activities program, offering enrichment opportunities 7 days a week.

Located in the Rockwood area, we're close to the bustling Rockwood Market Hall, Gresham Station and Downtown Gresham areas.

We're seated directly along a TriMet bus line, and offer community outings & transport to appointments with our community bus as well.

We're a wonderful option for folks that expect to transition to Medicaid in a few years!

Memory Care

Memory Care Communities provide a secure setting that alerts staff if a resident has exited, offers a secure outdoor area, and the staff receives training on Alzheimer’s and related dementia.
