About This Provider

The Health Center at Dallas Retirement Village provides both short-term, skilled nursing and rehabilitation services as well as long-term care. The Health Center is comprised of 121 beds divided between private and semi-private rooms.

Short-term skilled nursing and rehabilitation services focus on building strength and skills to safely return home following a serious illness or injury. Long-term care services provide a homelike setting for individuals requiring physical and medical care and assistance routinely throughout the day and night.

Regardless of length of stay all residents receive 3 nutritious meals and snack each day, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance services and are invited to participate in activities and social programing daily as well.
