hospice service to adults 18 years or older. We serve Marion, Polk, Linn, Benton
and Yamhill counties. Traditions Health/ Hospice also covers Portland and the
surround areas for additional coverage. We offer compassionate care for you
loved ones and offer 24 hour support for family and caregivers.
