Selah Grace Adult Foster Home is a Level 3 adult foster home with RN oversight, specializing in residents with dementia, hospice and end-of-life needs, and medically complex conditions. Our small residential setting allows us to provide individualized attention while working closely with families, hospice, home health, and medical providers.
