Description

Irvington Village is an assisted living community in a shared building with the Providence ElderPlace PACE - Program of All-inclusive Care. For the quickest response please email a summary of client care needs to john.donahue@providence.org. If emailing is not possible, call (503) 546-9406. This building is primarily a Medicaid building. The residents are culturally diverse. Because of its 5 stories, prospective residents must have the endurance to transport around the building independently e.g. to 3 meals a day. (During Covid, meals are delivered to apartments) Those with a dementia diagnosis may have challenges navigating the large building. If a resident is a one person assist with all transfers and needs assist with many ADL's this will not be the right setting. Any potential resident who might smoke in their room intentionally or otherwise will be declined. Currently not accepting insulin dependent care needs. Mental health needs OK. LGBTQ welcoming community.
