Irvington Village is an assisted living community in a shared building with the
Providence ElderPlace PACE - Program of All-inclusive Care.

This building is primarily a Medicaid building. The residents are culturally
diverse. Because of its 5 stories, prospective residents must have the endurance
to transport around the building independently e.g. to 3 meals a day. Those with
a dementia diagnosis may have challenges navigating the large building. If a
resident is a one person assist with all transfers and needs assist with many
ADL's this will not be the right setting. Any potential resident who might smoke
in their room intentionally or otherwise will be declined. Currently not
accepting insulin dependent care needs. Mental health needs OK. LGBTQ welcoming
community.
