Located in the heart of Lake Oswego, our memory care community provides compassionate, person-centered support for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
Our secure environment is thoughtfully designed to promote dignity, comfort, and familiarity while supporting residents at every stage of cognitive change. We offer 24/7 supervision, individualized care plans, medication management, and structured daily programming focused on engagement, routine, and quality of life.
Our experienced caregiving team receives ongoing dementia-specific training and works closely with families, physicians, and outside providers to ensure coordinated, responsive care. We emphasize meaningful relationships, consistent routines, and a calm, supportive atmosphere that helps residents feel safe and understood.
We welcome private pay and Medicaid residents and offer both respite and long-term placements. Families are encouraged to be active partners in care, and we are committed to open communication, transparency, and honoring each resident’s unique story.
