WHO WE ARE We support the cities of Beaverton, Bethany, Tigard, Tualatin, King
City and Sherwood. We are trained in "transitional care management" --
supporting medcial nurses, hospice nurses, case managers and social workers in
transitional care and hospital readmissions control. Our leadership team lives
in the cities we serve; so we're invested in our community on a very personal
level. And we believe every family in the area deserves individualized in-home
senior care with dignity and compassion. That's why we established Home Instead
