Evergreen Court is the Eastside's only Full-service Independent and Assisted Living Community serving primarily low to moderate-income seniors. Our apartment homes are spacious and private. All homes have kitchenettes and balconies or patios for added independence. The low monthly rates include 3 delicious meals a day, weekly housekeeping, scheduled transportation, flat linen service, daily activities and most utilities.
