Home Care is support by a caregiver or sitter in a clients home or community in order to provide companionship or assistance with personal care or errands.
Home Health
Home Health Care is a wide range of health care services provided in the home for an illness or injury. These services can include Skilled Nursing as well as Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy. Home Health Care is usually covered by Medicare and other insurances when ordered by a physician for homebound patients.
Long Term Acute Care
Long Term Acute Care Hospitals (LTAC) are designed to care for critically ill and medically complex patients who require several weeks in a hospital.
