PNW Aging was built on a simple but powerful belief that everyone deserves to age with dignity, clarity, and trusted support.

Founded in 2001 as Elfin Services, we began by providing compassionate in home care. Over time, we recognized a growing need. Families were not just looking for care. They were looking for guidance, advocacy, and a partner they could truly trust. That insight shaped who we are today.

PNW Aging now offers a comprehensive umbrella of services, including Care Management, Healthcare Power of Attorney, and Certified In Home Caregiving. All services are thoughtfully designed around each client’s unique needs, values, and wishes. We are local. We are experienced. And we walk alongside you every step of the way.

While PNW Aging is a newer name, our foundation and core team remain the same. Our multidisciplinary team includes highly experienced care professionals. This includes a former Certified Professional Guardian and National Certified Guardian, a Master level Social Worker, long tenured Certified Nursing Assistants, dedicated administrative staff, and Washington State certified caregivers. What unites our team is a shared commitment to supporting older adults and individuals with disabilities.

As a locally owned organization, we are free from corporate oversight. This allows for flexibility, personalized care, and a genuine human connection. We take the time to truly know our clients and their families, using that understanding as the foundation for advocacy, clear care planning, and meaningful support.
