About This Provider
At four Season Memory Care residents enjoy family living among friends and our attentive team members. Our mission is to provide high quality care in a real home environment the is health, safe and full of friends. We work hard to provide our residents with all the comforts of home plus the extra care and assistance they need from our warm and compassionate caregivers. As an Oregon endorsed memory care, we provide specialized training to our care staff and offer increased activities, a higher ratio of care staff, and a secured outdoor space accessible by our residents.

Memory Care Communities provide a secure setting that alerts staff if a resident has exited, offers a secure outdoor area, and the staff receives training on Alzheimer’s and related dementia.
