About This Provider

Fields Senior Living is a family-owned and operated senior housing provider serving Washington, Oregon, and California. Our communities offer Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.

Our mission is to create to a boutique-inspired senior living experience that celebrates the lives of our community members, enabling them to continue writing their stories with joy, purpose, and meaning.

In 1958, our grandparents opened their first nursing home in Kelso, Washington. Today, Fields Senior continues building on their history of service, and instilling family values at the core of their communities.
