About This Provider
Elite Care is a locally owned, boutique residential living community. Elite Care
is the alternative to large, impersonal assisted living facilities or locked
memory care communities. When we started Elite Care, we set out to create a
fundamentally different approach to senior living. While most retirement
communities only offer a single level of care, we provide a full range of care
options from independent living to assisted living to full, memory-loss
assistance, all under one roof. Our personalized and inclusive levels of care
allow couples to stay together, forever, and people to stay in the same location
as their needs change over time. - COVID19: We are accepting new residences 25
years and older during this time. With social distancing in place, our residents
are still able to enjoy home-cooked meals in our open chef’s kitchen and walk
our beautiful grounds taking in Oregon’s spectacular views. - PET POLICY: Pet
friendly policies allow our residents to keep their families together. Service
plan will include any pet needs now and/or future needs. - TRANSPORTATION: Elite
Care wants to ensure that all residents, including those of you with mobility
challenges, have accessible, courteous, reliable and efficient transportation.
The term mobility challenges reflect all barriers to transportation access,
including physical and cognitive. We also offer escort services for any
assistance needed to enter office and/or accompany resident into exam or
treatment room to advocate for resident and share information onto house team
and family. - SHORT TERM STAY: Whether you’re planning a vacation, traveling, or
simply needing a break, Elite Care’s respite options are the perfect solution
for providing your loved one with the individual care they need. 30 day minimum
