About This Provider

eliseo seeks to be inclusive of all life stages and living needs. Whether you or your loved one is seeking the freedom of independent living, the support of assisted living, or the compassionate care provided by memory care or rehabilitation, eliseo is a home and place of belonging for all.

Our independent living condo community is comprised of eighty-eight units, with most featuring two bedrooms, two baths, a living room, dining area, kitchen, utility room, covered parking, and ample storage space.

We offer a variety of floor plans, many of which are lined with decks, private patios, or covered verandas that look out into the lush green landscape of our campus. Each home offers its own unique features, such as sunrooms, Jacuzzi tubs, custom cabinetry, and skylights.

Our assisted living apartments are designed to care for those who need more physical support, assistance with medications, and personal care. Assisted living residents to experience the same luxuries as our independent living residents, but receive additional services and care that is essential for this time of change.

Our short-stay skilled nursing unit specializes in providing care to those who have been recently released from the hospital. This time of transition after a medical event often requires more acute, extended care to help regain strength, mobility, and confidence.
North Ridge Memory Care Living at eliseo is a beautiful home located at the north end of our high-rise apartments. This facility features a secured environment where seniors can explore, engage in stimulating activities, and live in a supportive, home-like atmosphere.

Campus additions include unique common spaces such as the Chihuly Family Arts Center, Edwards Family Plaza and Arneklev Gardens, and the Emerson Wellness and Clark Aquatic Center.

The community wishes to continue this modernizing evolution to best serve current residents but to also ensure a strong appeal for future generations to come. eliseo is currently undergoing renovation and expansion to our campus, adding in 89 additional Independent Living options and renovations to our existing structures.

Independent Living

Independent Living is an apartment style setting that may or may not provide hospitality or supportive services; residents require minimal or no extra assistance.

Memory Care

Memory Care Communities provide a secure setting that alerts staff if a resident has exited, offers a secure outdoor area, and the staff receives training on Alzheimer’s and related dementia.

Skilled Nursing Facility

Nursing Homes, skilled nursing and intermediate care for the very frail who are dependent on nursing care; many provide short-term rehabilitation for residents needing rehab between hospital and home.
