About This Provider

Brookdale Wilsonville is a beautiful community that offers both Independent Living and Assisted Living. Our small Assisted living (27 units) provides optimum care services provided by our FT Nursing staff and long term care team. Our most recent State Survey (Aug 2019) we were given a Deficiency Free rating - Our Life enrichment program offers daily exercise classes, painting classes, small group gatherings and much more. We are currently offering resident and family patio visits. Our Independent Living units (57) are spacious with full size kitchen space ample storage and a built in 2 burner cook top.
