We are a stand alone Memory Care community in Troutdale Oregon. We specialize in the day to day care for our Dementia/Alzheimers residents. We have the ability to offer special diets and med management for our residents. Our Program Director offers many activities for every stage of dementia working closely with our residents and has designed her program to fit every residents needs to enhance their quality of life here at Brookdale Troutdale.Availability
