About This Provider

When you visit our community, you’ll be swept away by the grandeur and elegance of the Victorian design complete with a lovely wraparound veranda and clock tower that overlooks Rodgers Park. Vintage charm continues when you step inside the door, from the grand winding staircase to The Boardwalk - complete with the Lotus Flower Yoga Studio, Grand Palace Theater, pool, full service salon, barber shop, workshop, crafts room, fitness center, and sports den. Let our award winning culinary team tempt you with fresh and unique creations from our two dining venues, including an English pub with outdoor seating. All three meals per day are included, as well as weekly housekeeping, personal laundry, daily trash removal and bed making, and a 24/7 emergency response system. Reserved garage parking is also available.

With daily onsite nursing and 24/7 caregivers, we are able to serve residents with a wide range of care needs, whether it’s as little as medication management to end of life care. Care services are delivered into your apartment home, even as your care needs increase over time, allowing you to age in place. These services are offered a la carte and are priced according to type of service and frequency. This is different than a continuing care model which requires you to move from one apartment to the next as care is needed, especially when care needs are significant. Aegis is known for providing this high level of care in the same apartment that you first moved into, allowing couples to remain together in most cases.
