Inspired by the southern Italian coastal towns, our upscale senior living community provides 73 assisted living and 33 memory care apartments. Many have views of Lake Washington, Olympic Mountains, and the Seattle skyline. Set among the parks of Kirkland, the community is within walking distance of downtown, with access to waterfront walking paths, shops, restaurants and entertainment.
The modern and elegant four-story building includes multiple water features, from the water wall and flowing water fountain as you enter the community drive, to the fountains of the private outdoor grotto. The multiple dining options include the main dining room, private dining room, wine cave, outdoor grotto and bistro/juice bar. There are many other activity spaces available: a fitness/balance studio, wellness center with personal care options like massage, beauty salon/barbershop, and a top-floor sky lounge with stunning views. For entertainment, residents will enjoy spending time creating and engaging in the art room, sports den, and theater.
