About This Provider

At Brookdale Vancouver Stonebridge, our Memory Care program features a
person-centered approach that’s designed to help your loved one feel a sense of
belonging and purpose, while still preserving their identity and individuality.
Featuring a safe and secure environment, our Memory Care community has the same
look and function as a private home. Seniors are able to participate in our
daily path of engagement, which encourages their current skills through
research-based activities. Our community also has staff available 24 hours a
day, seven days a week to be alerted to an emergency. Community offers a 1 year
spend down to Medicaid.

Memory Care

Memory Care Communities provide a secure setting that alerts staff if a resident has exited, offers a secure outdoor area, and the staff receives training on Alzheimer’s and related dementia.
